In accordance with Article IV, Section 4.06 of the Bylaws for the Oak Hollow of Anna Homeowners Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice that the Annual Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 6:30 P.M., location Rattan Elementary inside the Cafeteria at 1221 S Ferguson Pkwy, Anna, TX 75409.
The Order of Business is as follows:
A. Certification of Proxies & Verification of Quorum
B. Approval of Minutes of Preceding Meeting
C. Reports of Officers
D. Floor Nominations for the Board of Directors (Nominations will be accepted for five (5) minutes, or until no new nominations have been made in a reasonable amount of time, after which no further Nominations will be accepted.)
E. Election of two (2) Members to the Board of Directors
F. Open discussion
G. Adjournment
